Sizzling Affirmations

Your Sizzling Affirmations will keep you motivated and focused throughout the day. They will help you create new possibilities to replace your old and limiting beliefs. You can also use them to find strength if doubt creeps in.

Make them a priority.  Create time first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and as often as possible throughout the day to repeat your affirmations.

 

Here are this week’s Sizzling Affirmations.  Now say them out loud with passion and gusto!

☆  I surround myself with people who inspire and uplift me.
☆  I take actions that are in alignment with what is most meaningful to me.

Writing Exercise – What Choices Are You Making? 

Describe any insights you had during yesterday’s practices.

–  What choices do you make that drain your energy and excitement, and cause you to feel badly about yourself? 

–  What choices do you make that energize and inspire you? 

–  Where do you focus most? 

–  What percentage of each of the above occupies your day.  And how do these choices affect your business and personal life? 

For example:

  • Are you choosing to love absolutely everything about your work? 
    • You’re excited to go to work each and every day and appreciate even the toughest challenges for the lessons you’ll learn. 
  • Are you giving to the point of exhaustion at work? 
    • You’ve become resentful and grumpy to those around you. 
    • Most of your thoughts are about what’s wrong rather than what’s working well. 
  • Do you just wing it every day at work and let whatever is hottest rule your schedule? 
    • You feel like your day is not your own and that you accomplish very little. 
  • Is your communication with your significant other supportive? 
    • You feel safe and supported and like anything is possible in your relationship. 
  • Do you shut down and stop talking when there is an issue in your relationship? 
    • You notice that when the communication stops, everything goes downhill. 
  • Do you become dominating and indignant when issues arise? 
    • Your partner shuts down and your relationship reaches an impasse.
